I felt that it was very important to find out about the different age rating guidelines so that I could give my DVD cover the correct age rating. The target audience for my music video is for teenagers. Due to this, I have given my DVD cover for 'Use somebody' an age rating of 12A. I gathered all of the age rating information from the BBFC. The BBFC is based in the UK and provides age ratings for films and videos. They have the legal right to rate, cut or occasionally reject work. I found this website very useful and reliable so i was correctly able to rate my music video.
